Considering the volume of purchasing we do with our industry partners on a calendar basis, we provide our clients with significant savings off manufacturers’ list pricing.
Why do we need a independent project manager?
We represent you and your projects best interest not that of the contractor and their vendors. Our team represents you throughout the entire project to ensure maximum value and a timely completion.
Do we have to hire you for both purchasing and project management services?
No. We can structure our agreement for strictly purchasing and or project management services. We also offer project consulting, where we assist you on the front end to establish budgets, schedules and the critical path.
What do you charge?
Depending on our client’s preference, we offer several fee structures depending on the complexities of the project. Project management services are typically billed as a fixed fee. Purchasing services are typically billed as a predetermined fixed fee based on a percentage of the goods to be purchased and project consulting is billed on an hourly basis.
