Procurement Consortium purchased and coordinated the installation of the furniture for this entire endeavor. This was a huge task and was completed on schedule in order to support our 2009 opening season.

The purchasing effort included establishing the original budget, specifying the furnishings, presenting various options to the Owner and then procuring the items from dozens of various vendors.
