The Columbus Beach Cottages at the Turks & Caicos Sporting Club are private residences that range from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms, a great room, dining room, kitchen, 4 to 5 baths, 2 outdoor terraces, a courtyard pool and grill/bar kitchenette. The scope was to provide complete FF&E budgeting, purchasing, international logistics coordination and installation for the individual owners who are building residences on the 1,100-acre island.
