The Greenbrier Sporting Club is an exclusive resort residential development situated on 2,500 acres of the famous Greenbrier Resort and Spa. The scope included the ongoing budget development, scheduling, purchasing, logistics and installation for the 10 amenity buildings on the site, which included a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, a mountain retreat, a spa, a fitness center, a sports barn, golf starter building and activity and event spaces.
