The rental cottages at the Turks and Caicos Sporting Club range from 3 ,000 to 5,000 square feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms, a great room, dining room, kitchen, 4-5 baths, 2 outdoor terraces, a court yard pool and grill/bar kitchenette. The scope was to provide complete FFE budgeting, purchasing, international logistics coordination and installation for the entire 1,100 acres island development.
