Our hands-on approach to project management leads our clients through a project’s multi-faceted evolution, from the initial project evaluation where the realities of budget, scope and schedule are scrutinized, leading to both program and scheduling refinements along with the establishment of a not-to-exceed budget.

In getting started, we prepare the front end documents, solicit bids from qualified vendors/consultants and maintain ongoing budget and schedule forecasts.

Throughout the process, we coordinate the project teams’ work, process payment requests, provide onsite client representation, ongoing quality control, punch list coordination and contract closeout.
